The company provides returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Returns and exchanges are carried out by the postal company “Nova Poshta” — Kryvyi Rih, branch 18 (10a Lermontova Street).

Deadlines for returns
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receipt by the buyer.
Return shipping is arranged by agreement.
Conditions for return of goods of proper quality
Books of proper quality are not subject to return in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.
Conditions for return of goods of improper (defective) quality:
If a defective product is purchased, the Buyer has the right to choose:

Exchange it for the identical proper-quality item; or
-
Exchange it for a similar product with partial additional payment or partial refund of the paid amount, depending on the price of the similar product; or
-
Receive a discount on the defective product, in a size agreed by the parties; or
-
Return it and receive a full refund of the paid amount.
The customer may request a product replacement or a refund. Notification of receiving a product of defective quality must be made within the first 24 hours after receipt by the Customer — by phone or by message to email yabooksukraine@gmail.com.
Refund is made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned goods.
According to the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” the company may refuse exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they belong to categories listed in the current list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
